1. Purpose of the Code

1.1. The purpose of this Policy is to record the privacy and data management principles and rules applied by WSPS Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”) and the Service Provider’s data protection and data management policy.

3.1. Submit a quote

After the order the Service Provider issues an electronic invoice to the User’s name.

3.3. Keeping Accounts

The purpose of data management is to maintain a invoice (paper-based electronic invoice).

Data range: company, individual entrepreneur name / company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and other information provided by the user in the text box, user tax / tax identifier.

Legal Basis for Data Processing: Statutory Mandatory Data Processing (Article 169 (1) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting)

Data management time: data storage for paper and electronic invoice for 5 years: electronically

  1. How does the Service Provider handle the data?

4.1. The Service Provider does not control the personal data it has provided – in principle. The correctness of the data given is solely the responsibility of the person giving it. When you enter any e-mail address of any User, you are also responsible for solely receiving the service from the specified e-mail address. With respect to this responsibility, any liability associated with an entry in a given e-mail address is solely the responsibility of the User who has registered the e-mail address. In case of doubt, however, the Service Provider is entitled to verify the connection of the User to the business organization or sole proprietor represented by the company in the public interest as a public record through its official e-mail address published in the Registry of Companies according to the procedure in the General Terms and Conditions.

  1. Who are eligible to know the information provided?

5.1. The data are primarily disclosed by the Service Provider and by the Service Provider’s internal staff and by Zero Tax Kft’s accounting staff who are assigned to it for this purpose, but are not disclosed to third parties. (Exceptions to this if a court or authority  order the Service Provider  transmit the data to them)

  1. What are the rights of the User?

6.1. The User may request free information about the details of his / her personal data handling and may, in statutory cases, request rectification, deletion, blocking or limitation of the processing and may object to the handling of such personal data.

6.2. Access Rights: The User may receive feedback from the Service Provider to manage their personal data and access these personal data and details of their management.

6.3. Right of Correction: at the request of the User, the Service Provider shall correct any inaccurate personal data relating to him or her, without any unnecessary delay, or request the supplementation of incomplete personal data, including by supplementary declaration.

6.4. Right of Cancellation: At the request of the User, the Service Provider deletes personal data relating to it, if the Service Provider does not need them, or withdraws their consent, or objects to data handling or their handling is unlawful.

6.5. Right of Disclaimer: the User’s request for deletion, if so requested, the Service Provider attempts to notify any data administrator who has access to or may have known the information that the User may have disclosed.

6.6. Right to Restrict Data Privacy: The Service Provider limits the data handling at User’s request if the accuracy of the personal data is disputed or is illegal or the User objects to data handling or if the Service Provider no longer needs the personal data provided.

6.7. Right to Data Access: The User may receive personal information about him or her in a machine-readable, widely-used machine-readable format or forward it to another service provider.

6.8. The Service Provider shall examine the issue within a period of not less than 30 days, but not later than 30 days in the case of protests, within 15 days, and shall decide on the merits of the matter and shall inform the applicant in writing. 7.1. After the modification, the use of the Website is subject to the express acceptance of the User through the Website and in the manner provided therein.
